依据周三发布的文件，计划要从北京迁移到保定的有administrative organs（行政机构）、colleges and universities（高等院校）、research institutions（科研院所）和medical and nursing services（医疗养老机构）。
北京向保定的功能疏解有益于coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region（京津冀区域的协同进步）。
