校园暴力（campus/school violence）、校园欺凌（school bullying）现在已越发引发关注，受害者或许会产生心理疾病，影响健康，甚至影响人格进步，一些恶劣行为甚至构成了刑事案件（criminal cases）。

在这67起典型案例中，主要集中在故意伤害（intentional injury）、聚众斗殴（brawl）、寻衅滋事（affray）、打劫（robbery）、强奸（rape）等罪行。其中，职业学校（vocational schools）是校园暴力的重灾区 （harder-hit area）。
