请问这里的on what date 可以说成 at what date 吗？另外，如此用的介词可以省略吗？

用on what date是比较正式的使用方法：

这里的on可以省略，看上去不那样正式，如此的例子并不少见：
I've got a bit muddled. Whatdate are we leaving?
What date did they getmarried?
What date do you break upfor the summer holidays?（Longman Phrasal VerbsDictionary2000版P38）
确实与（at）what time的使用方法有类似之处，可以如此理解。
至于说at what date这种使用方法，有倒是有，只不过很少见，不主张这么用：
