1）第一个There are with any project. 类似there are/ sbhave/has problems with sth/ in doing sth，我觉得WITH STH看成状语最好，不过要知道WITH STH有时跟在PROBLEM后面作其后置定语. 你看IN DOING STH这类看成方面状语好么？假如如此，这种场所可以用FOR么？
2）Find some middle ground with them 。them这里是SB,是他们/合作方，和talk with sb一样的使用方法，+ with sb状语。
